The Heart and Soul of Palms
Director of Operations
Kevin
Kevin joined the Palms team in September 2022, and became Director of Operations in February 2023. He manages all of the company’s front-end interactions with clients, as well as oversees the daily operations and scheduling of the crew.
He has a BA in history from UC Santa Barbara focused on the migrations and interactions of various cultures/empires in the Caribbean and South America.
From time to time Kevin likes to jump in on a game of soccer or basketball, but the majority of his down-time is spent with his wife, Isa, son Finn, and their dog, two cats, and turtle on their deck underneath a flamboyant tree.
Director of Field Operations
Donny
Donny began working for Palms in 2015 and is currently the Director of Field Operations. He has become the company’s go-to guy for problems big and small. He is a self starter who enjoys making home systems work so people don’t have to think about them.
Donny can solve problems on the fly as they come up, and his vast island experience means there aren’t many home maintenance problems he can’t solve. He lives on St. John with his wife and daughter, and when he isn’t working he would rather be searching for heart shaped rocks.
Project Manager
Randy
Randy moved to the Virgin Islands from Ohio, and he joined the Palms team as a Labor Technician in August 2022. He is a jack of all trades, but specializes in concrete work. He is Confined Space Certified, and recently completed his training to become a Generac Service Technician.
He is currently primarily responsible for the construction of Palms’s permanent office space in Adrian, St. John. He is also the primary technician for the company’s operations in St. Thomas. His favorite hobby is Duck Hunting.
Labor Technician
Rawlo
Rawlo joined the Palms team in June 2022 as a General Laborer, and is the company’s primary cistern and roof technician. His favorite job responsibilities include painting, cistern and roofing work, but he loves to help any member of the team with whatever projects they are working on.
He loves his job, and considers his co-workers to be his brothers on-island. Outside of work, his hobbies include mechanical work, and he prides himself on being a positive person who brings energy and good vibes to everything he does.
Lead Labor Technician
Tory
Tory has lived on St. John since 1997, and he joined the Palms team in June 2021. He works as the company’s IT Director, as well as a Lead Labor Technician.
In addition to IT management, Tory’s primary responsibilities include conducting general walkthroughs at island villas to ensure everything is in perfect shape for visiting guests.
His hobbies include all of the island “s’s” -swimming, sailing, surfing and scuba diving. He has swam around the entire island in sections, and holds the fastest time record for the 3.5 mile assisted course in the St. John Beach to Beach swim race!
Labor Technician
Randy

CEO
Jon
Jon is the CEO and founder of Palms Property Services, creating the company from the ground up back in August 2015. As the CEO his primary responsibilities are establishing the company's vision, goals, and strategies, as well as overseeing the overall operations and growth of the organization.
He holds certifications in OSHA 30 Construction Safety and Lead-Safe, and received formal Customer Service Training from the Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas. He also acted as President of the Board of Directors for St John Rescue in 2017 when the island was hit by Hurricanes Irma and Maria. Jon and his wife got engaged on St. John and they share three beautiful children. His hobbies include relaxing at the beach, boating, and scuba diving with his family and friends.
Office Administrator
Stephanie
Stephanie joined Palms Property Services Team in July 2023 as the Office Administrator. She lives with her husband, Jason, and three four legged friends on St. Croix. She was born and raised in New England, but they have been moving around the Virgin Islands since 2013. Steph loves yoga and doggy beach time on her off days.
